Quality assurance, testing
As part of our quality assurance activities we also perform the
testing and retesting of solutions, systems in use or waiting for implementation. Our experts have significant experience in the testing of specific
Card Brand requirements (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, etc.) and in the use of their test tools and systems. During the last decade our consultants have tested several technical solutions and participated many times in
official Card Brand certification processes at many international customers.
Our testing methodology and our technical tools are mainly focused on the Payment card industry but we also perform specific tests in other areas, principally related to capacity management. As part of several performance improvement projects we executed many stretch and volume tests for different transaction processing and registry systems.
BPR and change management
Our specialists have valuable experience in the implementation of IT change management processes and the installation of change management supporting softwares.
